Isaac A. Salazar
Civil engineer with 17 years of experience in structural design, civil works design, and construction management. Graduate of the Technological University of Panama. Holds a master's degree and postgraduate studies in structural engineering. Also holds a master's degree in construction project management. Professor and researcher at the University of Panama, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Infrastructure and Buildings. Currently, he is our technical director and structural designer for the firm.
Miguel M. Bonini
Civil Engineer with 24 years of experience in Construction, Inspection, and Structural Design, civil works design, and construction management. Graduate of the Technological University of Panama. Holds a Master's degree in Senior Management with an emphasis on Strategic Management. Currently serves as Director of Operations and Structural Designer at the firm.
Carolina Casallas
Business Administrator with a specialization in International Trade, currently a Sales and Marketing Consultant for the firm. She has experience as a Marketing Director, focused on sales strategies and market expansion. She is a graduate of the Politécnico Grancolombiano University in Bogotá and the University of the Isthmus in Panama.
Viviana Esquinas
Industrial Designer with over 7 years of experience in product design, graphic design, communication, and interior design. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and skilled in developing plans for engineering projects. Assisted in the development and management of BIM models for IASM Engineering since 2020. Graduate of Universidad El Bosque in Bogotá, Colombia. Currently pursuing a Master's degree and completing a diploma program in Interior Design, Architecture, and Decoration at LCI in Bogotá, Colombia.
